d) Ensure that the returned item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and documentation that were originally included with the product.

4. Return Terms & Conditions

a) Damaged or Defective Products: Once our quality control team confirms the product’s damage or defect, you will have the option of receiving a replacement, a full refund, or a store credit, including any shipping charges.

b) Incorrect Item: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

c) Change of Mind: If you wish to return a non-defective item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process a refund for the item’s cost, excluding the original shipping charges.

5. Refund Process

a) After receiving and examining the returned product, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

b) If your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 3 – 5 business days.

c) Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
